Description:
Duolin LD Respules is a combination bronchodilator medication used to relieve symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), such as wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness. It contains ipratropium bromide, an anticholinergic that helps to relax the muscles in the airways and reduce mucus production, and levosalbutamol, a short-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist that also relaxes the airway muscles, widening the breathing passages. This combination helps to improve airflow and make breathing easier. It is administered via a nebulizer.
