Latoprost RT BKC Free Eye Drop is an ophthalmic medication used to lower elevated intraocular pressure in individuals with glaucoma and ocular hypertension. By increasing the natural outflow of fluid from the inside of the eye into the bloodstream, it helps to prevent optic nerve damage and potential vision loss, including blindness.
This medicine is suitable for both adults and children and can be used either alone or in combination with other eye drops for enhanced pressure control. For optimal results, it should be used regularly as prescribed by your doctor. If discontinued abruptly, intraocular pressure may rise again, risking further damage to vision. Contact lens users should remove their lenses before applying the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
Avoid using the product if the seal on the bottle is broken. Common side effects of Latoprost RT BKC Free Eye Drop include changes in eyelashes (such as growth or darkening), eye pain, increased sensitivity to light, dry eyes, blurred vision, and, in rare cases, gradual changes in eye color.
