Mintop Forte 2% Hair Regrowth Formula is a topical medication belonging to a class of drugs called vasodilators. It is commonly used to treat male pattern baldness by promoting hair growth in men. The medicine works by improving blood flow to the hair follicles, which stimulates hair regrowth.
This solution should be applied only to the scalp, strictly following the dosage and instructions provided by your doctor or mentioned on the label. Make sure your scalp is clean and dry before application. Hair regrowth typically begins after 2 to 4 months of consistent use, with the initial new hair being soft, fine, and possibly colorless. Continued use is necessary to maintain results. Applying more than the recommended amount will not speed up hair growth and could increase the risk of side effects. Consult your doctor if there is no visible improvement after 4 to 6 months of use.
Common side effects include itching, rash, dermatitis, and unwanted hair growth in areas where the solution may have accidentally spread. In case of contact with eyes, mouth, or broken skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If side effects persist or become bothersome, talk to your doctor.
Mintop Forte 2% is generally not recommended for individuals under 18 or over 65 years of age. It may also be unsuitable if your hair loss is caused by medication (e.g., chemotherapy), a nutritional deficiency, or certain medical conditions.
