To use, wash and dry your hands, apply a sufficient amount of gel to your fingertip, and gently massage it onto the affected area. Use up to 3-4 times daily for effective pain relief.
Avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 minutes after application to allow the gel to work properly. If excess saliva forms, you may spit or swallow it without harm. Store the gel in a cool, dry place.
