Pari CR 12.5 Tablet is an antidepressant belonging to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class of medications. It is commonly prescribed to treat depression and anxiety-related conditions such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and panic disorder. Pari CR 25 Tablet works by improving mood and relieving anxiety and tension, helping many individuals recover from depression.
This medication can be taken with or without food, and your doctor will decide the appropriate dose and frequency based on your symptoms. Initially, your doctor may start you on a lower dose and gradually increase it. Do not change the dose or stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well, as doing so may worsen your condition or cause withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, restlessness, palpitations, dizziness, and sleep disturbances.
For optimal benefits, take Pari CR 12.5 Tablet regularly at the same time each day. If you have trouble sleeping, your doctor may suggest taking it in the morning. It can take several weeks before you start feeling better, so inform your doctor if you do not experience improvement after four weeks.
Common side effects of Pari CR 12.5 Tablet include nausea, fatigue, dry mouth, loss of appetite, increased sweating, dizziness, nervousness, tremors, insomnia, and constipation. Sexual side effects such as decreased sexual drive, delayed ejaculation, and erectile dysfunction may also occur. If you notice a sudden worsening of mood or have thoughts of harming yourself, contact your doctor immediately.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you have a history of epilepsy (seizure disorder), diabetes, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, or glaucoma, as these conditions may affect your treatment. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using Pari CR 12.5 Tablet. Additionally, other medications, especially antidepressants and MAO inhibitors, may interact with Pari CR 12.5 Tablet. Make sure to inform your doctor about all the medicines you are currently taking to ensure your safety.
