Your doctor may start with a lower dose and gradually increase it. It is important not to alter the dosage or stop taking the medication without medical guidance, even if you feel better, as this can worsen your condition or cause withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, restlessness, palpitations, dizziness, and sleep disturbances. For the best results, take it regularly at the same time each day. If you have trouble sleeping, your doctor may recommend taking it in the morning. While it may take a few weeks to show noticeable improvement, inform your doctor if there is no progress after four weeks.

Common side effects of Pexep CR 12.55 Tablet include nausea, fatigue, dry mouth, loss of appetite, increased sweating, dizziness, nervousness, tremors, insomnia, and constipation. Some individuals may experience sexual side effects, such as decreased sexual drive, delayed ejaculation, or erectile dysfunction. If you notice a sudden worsening of mood or thoughts of self-harm, seek medical attention immediately.

Before starting this medication, inform your doctor if you have epilepsy, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, or glaucoma, as these conditions may affect your treatment. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before use. Additionally, other medications, especially antidepressants and monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, may interact with Pexep CR 12.5 Tablet, so disclose all medications you are taking to ensure safety.
