Description:
Avanair 100 Tablet is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection. The tablet helps relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in when sexually stimulated.
This medication can be taken with or without food, as directed by your doctor. It should be taken about one hour before planned sexual activity, as it requires sexual stimulation to be effective. The time it takes to work may vary, but typically, it takes between 30 minutes and an hour. It should only be taken as prescribed, and not more than once a day.
Common side effects of Avanair 100 Tablet include headache, flushing, stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, and back pain. If any of these side effects become bothersome or don’t go away, consult your doctor.
This medicine is not suitable for women, and men should not use other medications for erectile dysfunction without first consulting a doctor. Combining this medicine with nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain) can be dangerous. It should not be taken by individuals with severe heart or liver problems, or those who have recently had a stroke or heart attack, or have low blood pressure. Inform your doctor of any existing health conditions before starting treatment. Avoid driving if this medicine causes dizziness, and limit alcohol intake, as it can enhance side effects.
