It features a magnification window for clear dose visibility, dose arrows on both sides, a bayonet cartridge lock for secure placement, and a short dialling distance. Each unit dialled and dispensed produces an audible click, and the dial button remains stationary during dispensing.
The pen is compatible with 3ml (300 units) insulin cartridges (U-100) from the Sanofi Group. The package includes one AllStar pen, a carry case, an instruction manual, and a warranty card. For use, users must insert a new cartridge, attach a fresh needle, select the dose, and inject accordingly.
After use, the needle should be safely removed and discarded. It is important to consult a healthcare professional before use for proper injection techniques, avoid touching the needle tip, and store the pen in the provided case at room temperature.
