CTD-T 12.5/40 Tablet is a combination of two medicines that help control high blood pressure, thereby reducing the risk of heart attacks or strokes in the future.
You can take CTD-T 12.5/40 Tablet with or without food. The dosage will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. It’s essential to take it at the same time every day. Continue taking the medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Since it contains a diuretic (water pill), you may urinate more frequently, so it’s best to avoid taking it within four hours of going to bed. Use this medicine consistently for the best results, even if you feel fine. High blood pressure often has no symptoms, and stopping the medication could increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
The most common side effect is dizziness, but you may also experience nausea, diarrhea, headache, and altered blood lipids.
