Continue using Glucoryl-M 1 Tablet PR even if you feel well or your blood sugar seems stable. The most common side effect is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Alcohol consumption can worsen hypoglycemia and should be avoided. Other side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, taste disturbances, stomach pain, headache, and upper respiratory tract infections. Some users may also experience weight gain.
Do not take this medicine if you have type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, or severe kidney or liver disease.
