Description:
Udigrand 300 Tab contains allopurinol, a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. Allopurinol works by reducing the production of uric acid in the body.
It is primarily used to treat hyperuricemia (high levels of uric acid in the blood) and its complications, such as gout (a type of arthritis caused by uric acid crystal buildup in the joints), kidney stones caused by uric acid, and hyperuricemia associated with certain cancer treatments.
Udigrand 300mg tablets are typically taken once daily. Regular use of allopurinol helps to lower uric acid levels, preventing gout attacks and the formation of uric acid crystals. Common side effects can include skin rash and gastrointestinal upset.
