Description:
Veltam Plus Tab is a combination medication containing tamsulosin hydrochloride and finasteride. Finasteride is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that works by blocking the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone that contributes to prostate enlargement.
