To prevent hypoglycemia, ensure you have regular meals and keep a source of fast-acting glucose, such as sugary food or fruit juice, available. It’s important to avoid alcohol, as it can increase the risk of low blood sugar. Other side effects may include taste changes, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, and upper respiratory infections. Some individuals may experience weight gain while taking this medication.
Zoryl-M4 Tablet PR should not be used by people with type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis (a high level of acid in the blood), or severe kidney or liver disease.
