Description:
Acitrom 2 Tablet is an oral anticoagulant used to prevent the formation of harmful blood clots in the legs, lungs, brain, and heart. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism, and for reducing the risk of stroke. This medicine should be taken exactly as advised by the doctor, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food.
It is important to continue taking it regularly, even if you feel well, as it works to prevent serious complications. Do not stop the medication abruptly without medical advice. Acitrom 2 may increase the risk of bleeding, so inform your doctor immediately if you notice unusual bruising, a pinpoint rash, or blood in your vomit, urine, or stool.
