Bladease 50 ER Tablet is a combination medication used to manage symptoms associated with overactive bladder (OAB), such as urinary incontinence, frequent or urgent urination, nighttime urination, and dysuria (painful or difficult urination). Overactive bladder is a condition marked by the sudden, uncontrollable urge to urinate due to improper bladder function. The tablet contains two active ingredients: Solifenacin, an anticholinergic agent that helps reduce unwanted bladder contractions, increasing the bladder’s capacity and reducing the urgency to urinate; and Mirabegron, a beta-3 adrenergic agonist that relaxes bladder muscles to prevent frequent, uncontrolled urination. Together, these components work to improve bladder control and reduce the symptoms of OAB.
Bladease 50 ER Tablet should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor, and the duration of treatment depends on your specific condition. Some common side effects may include dry mouth, constipation, headache, high blood pressure, and vomiting, although these are typically mild and temporary. If any side effects persist or become troublesome, consult your healthcare provider. The medicine is not recommended for children due to a lack of safety data and should be used with caution in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Since the tablet may cause blurred vision or dizziness, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if affected. Alcohol consumption should also be minimized, as it may increase dizziness.
