Description:
Diane 35 Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive pill primarily used to treat skin conditions related to androgen (male hormone) sensitivity in women, such as severe acne, seborrhea (excessively oily skin), and hirsutism (excessive hair growth). It also acts as an effective oral contraceptive, preventing pregnancy. The cyproterone acetate component has anti-androgen effects, reducing the impact of male hormones, while ethinylestradiol is an estrogen. This combination helps to regulate the menstrual cycle and improve the aforementioned skin and hair issues. It is taken daily for 21 days, followed by a 7-day hormone-free interval.
