Alpha-Liv drops combine key ingredients such as Acidum citricum, Andrographis paniculata, Carduus marianus, Chelidonium majus, and others to help manage conditions like fatty liver, hepatocellular jaundice, and toxic liver damage. The formulation supports the recovery and normalization of liver function. In acute cases, the recommended dosage is 5 drops every 1–2 hours, which can be adjusted to 10–20 drops one to three times daily as symptoms improve.
