Description:
Dynaglipt-M Forte Tablet SR is a combination oral antidiabetic medication used to manage high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It combines teneligliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin release and decreases glucagon, with metformin, a biguanide that reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
