Description:
Esofag 40 Tablet is used to treat conditions caused by excessive stomach acid, including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It works by reducing stomach acid production, which helps alleviate symptoms and promotes healing.
This medication can also help prevent stomach ulcers caused by medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
How to Take

Take Esofag 40 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

It is typically taken on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning or at least 1 hour before a meal.

Continue taking it even if your symptoms disappear, until your doctor advises you to stop.

If you’re on this medicine for a long time, your doctor may monitor your magnesium levels regularly, as prolonged use can lower these levels.
