Hamdard Joshina Syrup is a natural herbal remedy formulated with 12 essential herbs that help prevent and reduce the symptoms of common cold and cough. This non-sedating, all-natural syrup offers relief from chest congestion, nasal stuffiness, and persistent cough without causing any side effects. The key ingredients include Tulsi, Mulethi, Amaltas, Unnab, Viola odorata, Sapistan, Cordia Latifolia, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Zizyphus Vulgaris, Malva sylvestris, Althaea officinalis, and Onosma Bracteatum. It is particularly indicated for cases of cough and cold.
Mulethi acts as an anti-inflammatory and expectorant, helping to reduce throat irritation, while Unnab soothes the respiratory tract. Amaltas may relieve chest congestion, and Tulsi aids in preventing cold and cough during seasonal changes. The syrup should be taken by adults in a dose of 10 ml mixed with 100 ml of warm water, preferably before breakfast and at bedtime. Children may take half or less of the adult dosage, depending on their age, and it can also be administered by licking. For best results and safety, the syrup should be shaken well before use, stored in a cool and dry place, kept out of reach of children, and taken as per the recommended dosage.
