Description:
Megabrom Eye Drop is a pain-relieving ophthalmic medication used to treat postoperative eye pain and inflammation, particularly in patients recovering from cataract surgery. It helps reduce discomfort and swelling in the eye following the procedure.
Before applying the eye drops, always wash your hands thoroughly. Use only the prescribed number of drops, and maintain a five-minute interval between multiple drops if advised. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Megabrom and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them. To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the dropper or let it come in contact with your eye or any surface.
Some temporary side effects may include blurred vision, increased light sensitivity, changes in color vision, reduced vision, eye pain, sore eyes, watery eyes, and headache. These effects generally subside as your eye adjusts to the medication. However, if they persist or worsen, inform your doctor promptly.
Before starting Megabrom Eye Drop, inform your doctor about any other medications you are using and existing medical conditions. It is especially important for pregnant or breastfeeding women to seek medical advice before using this medicine.
