Olmesar 20 Tablet is commonly prescribed to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). The medication can be taken with or without food at any time of the day, but it is most effective when taken at the same time each day. Your doctor may prescribe it on its own or in combination with other medications. Even if you feel well or your blood pressure is controlled, continue taking it as directed, as stopping it suddenly may worsen your condition.
