Olmezest AM 40 Tablet is a combination medication used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains two active ingredients that work together to effectively lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular complications. This medicine can be taken with or without food, but for optimal benefit, it should be taken at the same time each day as directed by your doctor. For best results, complement the medication with healthy lifestyle habits such as regular exercise, a low-salt and low-fat diet, quitting smoking, and limiting alcohol intake.
