Description:
Silogreat 8mg Tablet is an alpha-adrenergic antagonist used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition in which the prostate gland becomes enlarged. While it does not reduce the size of the prostate, it helps relieve urinary symptoms such as difficulty in passing urine, frequent urination, and incomplete bladder emptying by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck.
The tablet should be taken with food at the same time each day, as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole without crushing or chewing. It’s important not to stop the medication without medical advice, even if symptoms improve, as this can lead to a worsening of your condition. Completing the full course ensures the best results.
