Description:
Telma-AM H 40 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when a single medication is not effective. By helping to lower elevated blood pressure, it significantly reduces the risk of serious health issues such as heart attacks and strokes.
This medicine can be taken with or without food, but it’s important to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body. Since it contains a diuretic (water pill), it may cause increased urination, so it’s best to avoid taking it within four hours of bedtime to prevent sleep disturbances.
